Balmoral Funds LLC is pleased to announce the closing of our Special Situations Fund IV with $445 million of committed capital. This new fund allows Balmoral to continue to partner with experienced management teams and operators to help lead their companies through complex or challenging circumstances. Balmoral Funds has expertise in a wide variety of industries and intends to invest between $10 million and $100 million per transaction into corporate divestitures, turnarounds, restructurings, and MBOs of middle market companies.
